Purifying Concealer With Shale Extract

I was skeptical, having tried so many concealers over the years. My skin is fair with yellow undertones (usually get concealers that are the lightest shade with yellow undertone). This appears to have pink undertones and looks darker than I would choose, so I didn't really use it much until recently when I got a bug to change my routine up. I start by using Neutrogena's ultra gentle hydrating cream, then add a little layer of Farmacy's honey halo hydrating cream and Colorscience's sunforgettable sunscreen. I then blend in this concealer where needed (I cover dark circles and pretty big patches of discoloration as well as smaller spots). I will say, I'm picking up the concealer at a time when almost all my active acne has died down and I'm just dealing with some dark spots, so I don't need heavy coverage. I apply it medium thickly and then blend, blend, blend, so it's good for light coverage. What I LOVE is that as the day goes on, my skin looks better, not worse. With my old routine, by the time I got home from work, my concealer would be caked up and my skin looking dry, flaky, and greasy. This week, it's been looking dewy and my skin tone has been undeniably more even with this concealer. I'm really not sure how it could do that, but I'm not asking questions. LOVE IT!!! Think about expanding to a few other undertone colors, Payot, and it will be a crazy cult fav!

I had high hopes for this concealer but found that it’s ability to conceal was minimal at best.. I love most Payot products for their natural ingredients and effectiveness.

This is a perfect concealer to anyone who barley wear makeup like me. It's good for daily makeup and look so natural! Love it!!
