One minute a day for younger, brighter-looking skin.

Nadia PAYOT and her facial exercise programme

In 1917, Nadia PAYOT met ballerina Anna Pavlova in New York. It was a revelation. She was struck by the difference between the dancer’s youthful body and the fatigue that could be seen on her face. She understood the importance of combining creams with stimulating facial movements. Three years later in 1920 in Paris, she founded the PAYOT brand based on a bold philosophy: beauty in motion.

In the late 1920s, Nadia Payot created the first facial exercise programme: the « physical culture of the face and neck», a method to be performed daily using a skincare cream at home. The method comprises seven massage movements and four gymnastic movements.

Gym Beauté PAYOT®, developed in partnership with Jocelyne Rolland

Inspired by the work of Dr Nadia PAYOT, GYM BEAUTÉ PAYOT® was developed in par tnership with Jocelyne Rolland.
Trained as a physiotherapist, she went on to become the head of training at LPG Systems and was responsible for the Lipomassage and Endermolift protocols. She has now created the “Beauty physical therapy” concept and opened the first centre in Paris, where she teaches Pilates. She wrote “Dix minutes par jour pour remodeler votre silhouette” (Albin Michel - Ten minutes a day to reshape your figure).

Easy, quick and fun

No matter how old you are, what your skin type, or how you live, PAYOT offers a universal, 100% natural method to instantly reveal radiance and preserve the skin’s youthfulness.

Gym Beauté PAYOT® will become part of your morning beauty routine, but you can also practice anywhere, anytime, all day long: at the office, in the subway, in the shower, in the car, etc.

Day after day, balance is restored to the face, which appears rested. After three weeks, features are uplifted, contours are defined, and wrinkles are smoothed.
